Not all orders come into Zenstores automatically set up as Webinterpret orders. These orders will have a greyed out Webinterpret logo instead of the coloured one.

Luckily if you want or need to turn these into Webinterpret orders that can be done in your Zenstores account.

1. First of all find the order in your order list with the greyed out Webinterpret logo.

2. Once you've located the order just click on the little white down arrow that you can see on the Create shipments button. Then from the dropdown options just click the Mark as Webinterpret order option.
