When a store connection stops working it is useful to know why, so you can solve any issues with your shop as quickly as possible.

Using the connection tester tool, you will usually be able to identify the issue yourself, or at least get a clue of what is causing the problem.

To use the connection tester tool, log in to your Zenstores dashboard and visit the Store Settings page (https://app.zenstores.com/settings/stores/)

Step 1. Click on the store that is experiencing issues

Step 2. Click on the 'Test connection' button.

Step 3. On the following screen wait for the test to complete.

If it was a success, you will see the following message:
